We’re seeking a highly motivated CRO Strategist to join our team. As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our clients’ digital platforms by optimizing website and landing page conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage tracking systems, including pixels and other tracking technologies, to ensure accurate data collection across platforms like Meta and Google. This sometimes requires basic coding for technical implementation.
Conduct technical audits of existing website data to identify and resolve tracking issues.
Use tools like Google Analytics to diagnose problems and recommend improvements.
Analyze website analytics to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborate with clients to align strategies with their needs and goals.
Requirements
Strong understanding of digital marketing with experience managing traffic from both paid and organic channels.
Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to review data, identify anomalies, spot opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
1-2 years of experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta & Google Ad pixels.
3-4 years of experience in marketing is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta & Google Ad pixels, including technical implementation.

💵 Salary
Between $1,800 – $2,000 USD for the initial 3-month trial period. After the 3-month trial period, you will receive an increase in salary. Salaries at YAMU are not capped and are periodically increased based on performance and market conditions.
